Profiles sought include previous operational experience (minimum 3 years) in multisite project management and field activities for experimental trials with agrochemicals preferably gained in companies operating in the field of agricultural experimentation, assay centers or manufacturing companies engaged in research & development of agrochemicals.

the Study Director candidate will report to the Director of the Assay Center and will be responsible for writing study protocols, final reports, monitoring multi-site projects in Europe (GEP and/or AQA).

the Technical Field Experimenter candidate. will report to the Resp. U.O. Effectiveness and Residuals and will be responsible for:

  • Conduct residual and efficacy trials for registration purposes in compliance with study protocol and GLP (OECD), GEP and (EPPO) guidelines
  • Researching fields and setting up parcellular trials for residual/effectiveness activities
  • Collection of plant samples to be sent to the analytical laboratory
  • Data collection on efficacy and selectivity in the field
  • Drafting of "ARM trials" and final reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural science or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a position similar to that required
  • Excellent knowledge of plant adversity and technical aspects of cultivation
  • Aptitude for teamwork, planning and organizational skills
  • Dynamism, flexibility and initiative with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong propensity for goal achievement and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent command of application packages in Windows environment and statistics, knowledge of ARM software
